We now design a bespoke plan for you to follow, that will enable you to get the results that you need.

In this session, we will discuss how to be productive in achieving what you want to achieve.  It is about prioritising the most important thing and taking action every single day.

If you try to change too much at once, it could be overwhelming.  It is better to decide on one thing that has that will have the most impact on your life.

Before I starting working with someone, I like us to get to know each other to make sure we are a good match.  If I do not feel I can help you, then I will be honest and equally, if you do not thing we are a good fit, then I want to be honest as well.

The work I do is very bespoke to the individual I am working with and so the above programme is a template of the path we will take, but if there is a need to change, then we will agree this as we explore deeper.

All conversations are private and confidential, so that you feel free to open to share.

At this stage, you have all you need to take action and so during this session we will discuss how important it is to make a commitment.

Self discipline will be important to make progress as it will involve taking small action every day.  Slowly each small action accumulates in to a big change in your life.

It take on average 66 days to change a habit, therefore you will be invited to share your daily progress via video.  For 90 days you will be asked to share your journey in 1 minute videos that you will post in a private Facebook Group.

Before this session you will be asked to create vision board about what you want to achieve in your life - your ideal day.  This will be used to get an overall view of where you want to get to in your life.

Understanding the impact on your life can be a painful process, however it is important to explore the things that can help you move forward.

At the end of this session it is likely you will have made a decision on your next step.

Every week you will be invited to attend a group mastermind to discuss how things are going and get help if you are not achieving the results you desire.
